We are interested in studying the role and mechanisms of alternative splicicng regulation in cellular processes. We are studying the role of alternative splicing regulation by signaling pathways in cell culture and in vivo. Additionally, we analyze the transcriptome, with a focus on alternative splicing, in Drosophila sex-determination.
